•No clear sense of direction •too many individuals “in charge” •claims to have “Chain of Command,” but ‘security managers’ (lowest chain on command post has minimal to no authority) • some ‘Security Managers,’ as well as dispatchers are very condescending, and talk and treat employees as if they are worthless •forced overtime, sometimes to the point of exhaustion •several times upper management has made comments that were indicative to retaliation •no room for growth •promotions are based on how much management likes you •guards are forced into working roles they did not get hired for, and are not compensated fairly. Ie. Saferide (which pays $4 more than regular guard pay). •non-existent work-life balance •expect to get calls on days off to report for duty
