Pros
Setter is a fantastic place to work and learn, where responsibility lands early and visibly and everyone is expected to step up. Teams work closely and collaboratively, information moves fast, decisions move even faster, and there’s no maze of hierarchy slowing things down. You get real autonomy, but you’re equally accountable for outcomes-which is likely why some former staff complain. Not everyone is built for ownership.
