Good communication from staff to contractors. Staff always had contractors backs and helped secure best possible deal for me.

Upon occasion it was not always clear who I could ask questions to as agency workers strongly advised contractors to use umbrella companies which varied in their own capabilities as to how helpful or not they were when answering financial queries. Overall though this had no reflection on the agency itself.
