Pros
Some employees are great to work with.
Cons
They have directors and managers in position who are lap dogs from administration and act accordingly. I have seen people getting terminated for being honest about things that happened. If you complain about something they soon will find a reason to terminate you. You can't get a day off because they don't have enough staff to cover which is wrong, as a full time employee one of the benefits is vacation time accrual but you can never use it when you want. Some nurses can't keep their religious believes or their political preference to them selves and feel the need to preach to patients or co-workers. The work environment is extremely hostile and nobody does anything about it. You have to be in 'the click' to get what you want or to get away with things. COO, CFO, CNO don't seem to care about complaints from employees unless you're in 'the click'
