CEO always think job is easy and not much, but many jobs are "helping" and not in job scope and if we reject, we are calculative and not suitable. Always overpromise and paint HUGE pictures and "dreams" but nothing happens. Sudden change of mind, ideas and instructions and expects immediate actions and gets upset if did not "predict" what he wanted. Great salesman that knows how to use words to convince and motivate people fall into trap unknowingly!
