Pros

Most will like it is remote work. This team thinks that the time saved traveling is more time you can work.

Cons

Discussion of weeks consistently above 60 hours was called chronic complaining on my reviews. Together with the HR functional staff told me that high workload for my role was expected, even when detailing an average 60-65 hours. Worse, I was told I was not pulling enough project leadership from their desk. Their desktop was often shared of their other business they were involved in. If you take a role here after reading this, you were warned.

Pros

Great place to work with smart, fun people. Company is transparent as to how we are doing (growing). Remote work, flexibility, bonuses, fantastic products.

Cons

Deadlines can be pretty tight.

Pros

A good amount of positions are fully remote.

Cons

The higher-ups like to act like we're "family" but they definitely do not care about their employees. I've seen hardworking employees who have spend 10+ years at the company and working directly with the CEO be laid off to save money. Also every team is understaffed and overworked, and going above and beyond isn't rewarded in any way. Compensation is way below market value for all positions, yet you are expected to wear multiple hats and meet unrealistic deadlines.
