Communication who? Shared information where? The "software" developed by an old guy who was friends with the original owner is the quality you expect a website made by an old man who does not use the website at all... to be. expect your desk to have multiple screens so you have have 3-5 tabs open for one customer to get all the information you need. Want to run a report? Hahaha! That's cute. better luck next time.
