Being new to the industry, everyone at Shank has been very welcoming and polite. I am learning a ton every day. I don't feel i need to holdback on any questions that I may have. The individuals that have been training me have been very good and pleasant to work with.

This is a smaller company but still has the same opportunities. This job has fast tracked my career by teaching me valuable information that you wouldn't get at other companies. Everyone is like a family here and I have made many friends and industry partners during my time here.
