Pros
Health benefits were good. Pay and severance were good as well.
Cons
Management lacks a fundamental intuition for market appetite and frequently deploys capital down rabbit holes. This leads to them having to layoff people in droves among Sharecare and subsidiary employees. Additionally, management is too lax. You have to lead by example and the only examples I see are favoritism, lack of cohesiveness, short-sightedness, laziness, and toxicity.
