Pros

They pay for heat in the winter, so it's it wasn't freezing everyday in the winter

Cons

Absolutely atrocious. Since reopening, they have changed the uniforms due to lawsuits, but during training, they have actually fired girls for not wearing enough make-up. Girls must have e their hair down at all times-no pins or clips, must wear clubby makeup and jewelry at all times. Most of the food is microwaved, including the meatballs that they take the time to make in house. They do not hire people for experience, they hire them based on looks. When I worked there, I was part of the reopening staff. The majority of the bartenders were upset that they weren't making money so they would steal, drink in the walk-in fridge and after work the FOH staff would immediately start drinking and doing drugs right off the tables. This makes for a terrible working environment.

Pros

Bartending was consistently a party. The atmosphere was fast-paced with bottles flying and big games always playing. They only hire attractive outgoing people so there is a feeling of prestige.

Cons

Having been in the service industry for 7 years I left after 6 weeks. The disorganization, the lack of respect, and the favoritism made it hard to cope. It was a dog-eat-dog environment where being thrown under the bus by other employees was easy to come by. Management picked favorites to get cut first and didn't understand bar dynamics enough to give everyone equal opportunities. Not to mention the rumor mill that stacked so high against the servers and bartenders. I left a restaurant that felt like a second family to work here only to find out bartenders would be constantly thrown to wolves and caught in each other's blame. My best friend also left after 2 months because she found out the managers were partying with their favorite servers outside of work.
