Great work culture and good team

The only con is that the pay is less.

There are nothing in this company except a big knowledge Library called Ajay Nawani. He is the beast and know very well how to operate a company but he used to tell stories instead of giving solutions. As per him, if any work which take upto 30 mins, everybody can do the same work within 30 mins. All the developer, please be aware as you are going into a worst company in your life where A CEO will teach you how to code even he has no such experience in Development.
