Extremely unprofessional management. Management acts like they are in India. Low compensation, horrible benefits, no career advancement, no title, no promotion. One of the managers can pull you and tell you to cut your hair, not to wear earrings, not to wear that much cologne etc. Yes, these happened to different employees. These people take advantage of the immigration system or H1B visa holders. Just do not work for them. They do discrimination for sure. I am surprised nobody has sued them yet. It is unbelievable how this company gets contracts from the government.
