Pros

Networks seem to love the shows Sharp produces. They have a good business of regurgitating hits, extending their life for a few years. Sometimes this includes originality - and when it does, bravo! Their best "pro" is that they're able to take an idea and mass produce it to the Network's delight.

Cons

Honestly, sorry to say, they've lost the magic. Too many cooks in the kitchen. No need for so much oversight on every cut. Creates a mess for production. One EP in particular - though brilliant creatively, has the worse management skills I've ever seen. Ever. And the head of staffing needs to move beyond past experiences with people, and realize that as time progresses, so do people's skills. Advice to those seeking employment here: SHARP takes themselves VERY seriously. So expect that your offered rate will be much lower then other ProCo's for the same role. This is a good stepping stone to bigger opportunity, but don't expect to be the Golden Boy - someone else already has that role there. be careful with being honest to upper management. Like Miranda warnings, anything you say "can and will be used against you."
