      Pros

      Owned by the richest man in the world , and fairly easy to get on with this company

      Cons

      The billionaire owner or his CEO makes small cuts each year saving the company lots of money but usually coming from the workers benefits. they gave us paid vacation and saved them millions but took our bonus checks and acted like they did us a favor. There is a lot of dirt under the floor at this company

      Pros

      Shaw offers a lot of opportunities for growth, great work life balance, very flexible, and has great values.

      Cons

      Very hard to get pay bumps / raises due to not having a standard annual review. They use "pay for performance" which allows them to dictate WHEN you receive a raise. Even if you're going above and beyond you really have to document every little thing you do here to argue for a raise.
