      Pros

      Each plant has their own culture thus allowing you to find the perfect fit. There is a great sense of community with the other engineers. They hire a lot from their co-op program.

      Cons

      NO DIVERSITY. Each division and plant have their own rules on promotions. It's all about who you know not what you do.

      Pros

      Shaw offers a lot of opportunities for growth, great work life balance, very flexible, and has great values.

      Cons

      Very hard to get pay bumps / raises due to not having a standard annual review. They use "pay for performance" which allows them to dictate WHEN you receive a raise. Even if you're going above and beyond you really have to document every little thing you do here to argue for a raise.
