Cons
While I have been a Shaw/Scott for under a year I can say this with confidence. S/S is a small agency with many talented people. One of their greatest talents is to pivot or adapt to new clients quickly. So if you are looking for a one-client one-project gig. This is not the place for you. It might seem like a humblebrag, but things change on the fly. Many of us are asked to learn new skills to meet our client's needs. It can be challenging. It can also be exciting and stressful.
