Not worth it - Careers Adviser Shaw Trust Employee Review

Spent more money on travel than I actually earn, yes you get reimbursed but a nightmare to use platform to get expenses. Very condescending management. Had to work elsewhere for a few months, all the time not knowing my travel wouldn’t be expensed for any journey I made to the new location, this being twice as far as my usual location. Induction was run by a fellow job coach and although he did a good job, I still didn’t fully feel prepped throughout my time here at all. No clear progression.
