The leadership team is approachable and genuinely invested in our contributions to growth of the company. I feel supported in my role and have been given the tools and autonomy to make real impact. The culture is collaborative, and the team is full of extrememely smart people with incredibly impressive CVs and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience, which raises the bar for the entire team.
