Most people are very friendly especially the warehouse staff! It's small so everyone knows each other. They do promote from within and there's progress check ins, meetings with managers etc. Hours are pretty early so customer service staff gets out no later than 5. Lots of people bring snacks for the staff ;).

HR department is nonexistent and accounting is very sparingly staffed for a top sheet music company. It's very hard to take time off without feeling like you're letting everyone down - again, it's a small company. And there's lots of vacation freezes, which probably is a growing pain.
