Pros

I was a Store Manager, Schedule was nice, loved my customers, it was never a boring day there was always something that had to be done.

Cons

A lot of lies are constantly told. Higher ups lie to you to tell you what you want to hear and leave you hanging. When I started with this company they were very family oriented, towards the end all they cared about was expanding the store count and the numbers. The managers turn their backs on each other and stab one another in the back and when asked for help your told "Figure it out yourself". I had a district manager that sat me in the office the day a manager was fired, and asked me if i wanted the store, I took it because i just came out of training and didn't have a store. She was very very supportive the first six months after that she would drive past my store everyday to go to 3 other stores and not think twice about stopping. I also asked numerous times for a new store and the day i sat in the office when i was asked if i wanted to store, i also asked if taking this store would hurt my chances of getting a new store and the district manager said no. That was a lie every time i asked for a new store i was told no.This company does not uphold their promises or comitments, Word of advice to the new ones GET IT IN WRITTING WHEN YOUR PROMISED SOMETHING!

Pros

-scheduled breaks -full time while still having three days off a week -set rotating schedule -pto and bonuses after the first month or two -overall decent atmosphere but could be different for other places -pretty forgiving points system -comprehensive training program makes it a lot easier to jump into things if you are new -VERY competitive pay and benefits -employee discounts and stock

Cons

-can be a bit strict about procedures but that is also a good thing -can have shift inequality -depending on location and crew size, it can be overwhelming at first -for this position specifically, switching between stores and crews who have different expectations, cultures, and rules can be a bit difficult to get used to at first

Pros

Paid well, supportive management, training was thorough

Cons

They required you work at least one weekend a month, which is a ridiculous ask for people who have kids and are already paying for daycare to then pay for a babysitter at least one extra day a month. Parents should be exempt from this requirement.
