      Pros

      Cannot provide any. Free beverage and good cafeteria food. Benefits are modest & pay is sub-par for positions but CEO is well paid with much paid time off.

      Cons

      Too many RN'S in Admin & Management, no wonder there is a nursing shortage for pt care nurses. CEO & CNO have been there too long. Big click environment, you are in or you are in the ours.
