Pros
The majority of the teachers I have had contact with are extremely friendly and helpful. Pay is good, but there is a reason for that. It does have a small district feeling... (see cons for more)
Cons
Easily the worst school I, unfortunately, have been a part of. Administration is unorganized and micromanages. Communication from administration to teachers is poorly managed and you are expected to know all of the ins and outs of the school even if you are new to the district. In exchange for excellent pay, you deal with unruly, disrespectful, and apathetic students who seem to learn this from their parents and the community. ...but when you are in the hallways it has the feeling of an inner city school. The students use foul language up and down the hallway, they direct it at teachers, they are a lot of fights, and discipline is a joke.
