      Nice amount of PTO in general Great clients to build your portfolio

      Cons

      They constantly fire people Don't really appreciate workers Don't encourage learning and expanding knowledge Not good working environment and culture Everyone is always afraid of being fired Below average salary

      Pros

      A great team with really outstanding people, a very big range of opportunities, and access to all possible technical top-notch tools, including the most relevant AI tools, of course. In this setup and environment, you never feel stagnant; you get real challenges and all the necessary support and enablement to deal with them and develop yourself every day. I'm not gonna lie, it's not a place for everyone, it's a place for chosen people, A-players who really enjoy being in a fast-paced organization, always learning, always ready to go the extra mile to achieve greater things. Very important pros: a competitive salary + stock option plans (shares)!

      - Alignment between different high-level managers (sometimes it's a distracting blocker) - Communication from the C-level

      - fast moving - agile environment - strong client portfolio. - manager and colleagues are great. - no complaints about CSUITE. - challenging / yet dynamic environment where you can be your best self.

      - non that I can think of.
