Good people bad product - Anonymous employee Shentel Employee Review

The product was pretty bad. GloFiber is great but the Shentel service is old and often goes bad. There was an issue with a few of the boxes they gave out for internet and it would drop so often. During vivid people were getting so frustrated because they had to work from home and all we could say it they are looking into it. It’s hard to work for a company where you can’t believe in the products they have
