* No learning possible, Basic C# and SQL is being used to create increasingly complex, complicated, high-maintenance and illegible code
* No work-life balance, The team I was in was ruled by a fascist/nazi who didn't feel that team members have a personal life. He himself used to do nothing and even left a lot of requirement gathering on our heads but enjoyed a huge salary
* No proper procedures in place, everything is delayed - Form-16 are delayed until the very last moment, if you need address proof, then it's done manually like a govt office, no response from HRs unless you keep bugging them
* NO MONEY ! The company is entirely dependent on investors for money, Managers are paid huuuge sums even though the company is struggling to pay salarys. Salary's are disbursed randomly and there is no fixed date, sometimes only part salary is disbursed, Appraisals, hikes and arrears delayed by months.
