Spa perks overshadowed by staffing expectations - Front of House Staff Sheraton Employee Review

I’m proud to work at the Sheraton Charlotte Airport hotel and be part of a team that truly cares about our guests and team members. From the front desk to housekeeping and maintenance, everyone works hard to create a welcoming, clean, and comfortable experience. Management is supportive, teamwork is encouraged, and it’s rewarding to see guests leave happy and appreciated. I’m grateful to work for a company that values both its team members and its customers.

I have had a very positive experience overall and cannot identify any significant cons.

Co-workers were nice. That's about it.

Seniority based schedule so when its slow you are on call and likely wont be working. Parking isn't free for employees.
