Great experience overall - Waiter/Bartender Sheraton Employee Review

I’m proud to work at the Sheraton Charlotte Airport hotel and be part of a team that truly cares about our guests and team members. From the front desk to housekeeping and maintenance, everyone works hard to create a welcoming, clean, and comfortable experience. Management is supportive, teamwork is encouraged, and it’s rewarding to see guests leave happy and appreciated. I’m grateful to work for a company that values both its team members and its customers.

Free mid quality food, free uptown parking

Stressful management, no consistent scheduling = 2-3 months of no work/pay, false promises made by management, heavy workload, low pay
