Some very nice, genuine and extremely hardworking colleagues. Some pupils lovely.

Dishonest in what they claim to offer at interview. Unfair timetable allocations across different subjects - some subject teachers paid more on less lessons per week to do same job causing discontent in staff room. All staff massively overworked. Poor facilities & resources - ensure shown all areas not just the one or two newly refurbished classrooms! Some pupils have a very bad attitude & no discipline - restorative practices ineffective. Some pupils with severe SEN disrupting lessons for others.

The students are generally nice and polite; some are genuinely talented in both sports and music. Facilities are good and students needs well catered for.

Some students are overly dependent on their parents outside school and dependent on their teachers in school. Some of the parents who send their children to the school have unrealistic expectations of their abilities and expect a lot from the teachers. Management do not consider the opinions of the teachers.
