Nice people. Great team to be a part of. Positive vibes. Free snacks. Doing a job that makes the world a slightly better place. Being paid to work out all day - if you like that kind of thing. No more Gym membership. Very stimulating. Being outside in the world all day instead of stuck in an office or warehouse. Great mental health. Riding a big old 3 wheeled trike all day.

There is a steep learning curve initially, especially if you don't know the streets of Vancouver but training is comprehensive and management are patient and generous with time and flexibility when learning. There is some level of discomfort; hard physical work, weather. If you can learn to "embrace the suck" then this can be rewarding.

great place to work. felt more like joining a family than starting a job. ability to join the co-op a big plus, especially the perk of using the warehouse space for projects in off time, and wealth of bike knowledge. this company prefers finding solutions to problems rather than finding someone to blame for them. very attentive to employee needs. opportuity to advance to management roles from delivery roles.

lowish pay, but was going up as i left. could get overworked when having to cover for absent employees during busy times.
