Pros

Some coworkers were genuinely kind and tried their best despite the madness. A few projects were interesting when they weren't sabotaged by internal nonsense,

Cons

-Working here felt like being trapped in a place that slowly drains your motivation. -The higher-ups care only about profit, not the people who make that profit possible. -The culture is poisonous, full of gossip, finger-pointing, and inflated egos fighting for attention. -Every day feels like a mental battle just to stay focused amid all the politics and favoritism. -Promotions are a cruel joke, given to the chosen few instead of those who actually earn them. -The constant exhaustion has become so normal that no one even remembers what genuine motivation feels like anymore.

Pros

Lots of room to create your own structure and process. Respectful that employees are people. The organization actually cares about DEI, operationally, not just as lip service. Tons of opportunity for learning. Thoughtful CEO, who communicates clearly.

Cons

It is a difficult industry space for an org to enter, and I don't know anyone who does full service consultancy + agency particularly well. If you're gritty and you like creating your own structure, this can also be a pro.

Pros

You will be a fool to seek any pros here. It's not a decent workplace for people who want clear boundaries and hope to enjoy some work-life balance. These awful people will never respect the lines you draw.

Cons

The work expectations were ridiculously high. Employees were expected to be available 24/7, work on multiple projects, and meet client expectations while balancing poorly assigned deadlines. It was a struggle to show up every day when you knew they expected too much from you. It was exhausting to try to reason with the arrogant leadership that did nothing but pile horrible expectations. They also didn't give me enough room to grow. My learning stopped, and I was doing boring work for months. There was no career growth, either. Overall, it was a horribly frustrating experience, and I escaped before I could be trapped here for long.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear that you felt overwhelmed and unsupported during your time with us. Your feedback about workload expectations, work-life balance, and development opportunities is taken seriously. We recognize that unrealistic deadlines and unclear boundaries can lead to burnout, and this is not the environment we want to create. Our new leadership is working to actively address these issues. Again, thank you for the feedback.
