Pros

Best customer support and account manager team

Cons

Does not listen to employee Role does not align to the expectation Product team is a mess - pushing out new features that are not 100% and can’t even tend to the existing faulty features whenever customer raise it All they care is upsell and nothing about customer experience

Pros

The job is remote for North America and I believe the United kingdom

Cons

While I was with the company nobody was hitting quota. I was with the company for a few months and in the time I was employed literally none of the AE’s hit quota for the quarter or the year. If you’re applying for AU roles you’re in a better position but for North America ur setting yourself up for failure. The vp of sales quit due to the absurd metrics they’ve assigned to everyone in na. There was constant pressure to bring in revenue even though there’s not a strong product fit. Instead of hiring a new vp of sales they eliminated that role entirely. Reach out to staff and ask what their quota attainment percentage if you don’t believe me. Or reach out to previous SDRs&Ae’s for the honest truth. There’s no accountability and overall just not a place you want to work. Their insurance plan is also bronze tier so unless you’re in perfect health with a family history of no illnesses there’s no pro to employment. They also look down on time off. So unless youre willing to work long hours and not be appreciated for that time I would run not walk away.

Pros

Remote flexibility and a few good coworkers who try their best despite constant changes.

Cons

Leadership communication is inconsistent, and expectations are unclear or constantly shifting. Decisions are made abruptly with little explanation or feedback. There’s minimal structure or genuine support for employees, and job security feels uncertain. The company lacks transparency and follow-through, which creates confusion and frustration across teams.
