Pros
Shiftgig has afforded me the ability to advance my career, learn new skills, and generally grow myself professionally. I've made great friends here and worked with some of the most passionate people in the world. For the most part I've consistently felt supported by my superiors.
Cons
There seems to be an overall issue with commitment in this organization. A lot of people are extremely defensive about their work which can create friction.
