      Liars... especially about pay. Bonuses hours... they pay 2 days here 3 days here so unprovable that your are not paid what you are promised.

      This company is misclassifying its Shiftsmart workers as Independent Contractors and is currently being sued in California. The company made $95 million in profit last year because they did not pay overtime, employment taxes, workers comp dues, and social security taxes. THEY DO NOT ALLOW ANY WORKERS TO CONTACT A REAL PERSON WHEN SHIFT ISSUES OCCUR.

      Cons

      They have no support you can get a response from ever. Do not want to pay you when you have worked extra hours. Still have not received my tax forms.
