Pros
Flexible shifts, some with decent pay. Opportunity to work throughout Tucson at a number of different employers fulfilling different roles. Primarily four hour shifts. Fairly easy work. Little direct supervision.
Cons
No raises, sick time, 401k, human resources, or quality assurance company. They stiffed me on a shift that I showed up to even though the location was permanently closed. One manager spent an hour in the restroom smoking fentanyl pills before supervising me. Another made me sign a paper saying I wouldn't take any restroom breaks or refill my water bottle. At yet another location two employees made disparaging remarks about homosexuality. If you complain they remove that location from the shifts that are visible to you, decreasing the shifts you are able to pick up. Also, if you work any time over the four hour shift, they won't pay the extra time unless pre-approved by management. Also, they regularly post jobs which have already started all the way up to three hours into the shift. If you mistakenly accept a shift that's already started you automatically get marked as a no show. If you get turned away from a location, make sure to wait to be told how you can still get paid, if you leave without taking the proper steps you lose out on money owed to you.
