They reject payments, some jobs offer less than minimum wage, the companies you go to work for are sometimes staffed by people who don't understand that we are independent contractors not employees and they cannot micromanage our shifts, they don't pay you for shifts you complete, they have arbitrary rules that change too often and without warning to be legal.
