      Flexibility Timely pay Salary is good at starting if you have negotiation skills

      Cons

      Your junior is most of the time receiving more value more rase more pay then a senior, senior is receiving more then manager or tech lead. Work is not equally distributed even after same salary with junior and senior. Also senior with low salary is poorly behaved by management Continue layoff
