Faced Unmitigated Unconscious Bias as Marginalized Individual - Anonymous employee Shipt Employee Review

Every manager I worked under ceased supporting and communicating effectively with me when I came out to them / rest of company, which resulted in lowered performance evaluations despite me measurably delivering more than I had in previous years. HR was nice and ensured me I was supported, though I faced micro aggressions from HR as well, but I experienced no meaningful support and significant delays in communication. I know for a fact that I'm far from the only transgender person to have these issues with the company.
