The highest position you can aspire to is a Leader. However, reaching the Leader position takes a considerable amount of time, and the salary isn't particularly lucrative. To put it objectively, in the year 2022, approximately 40+ individuals resigned, while in 2023, there were at least 30+ resignations. Within these two years, at least half of the Leaders resigned, with most of the strong performers leaving. The few remaining strong individuals are primarily staying due to personal or family reasons.
