Pros
No micro managing to deal with. Not great pay or benefits but it is a great company to work for the people are very respectful to ALL employees managers, keyholders and sales associates as well. I am always treated with respect and they always listen to your suggestions and ideas as well as complaints.
Cons
The pay is not near what it should be. And the way they do tjier payroll hours is absurd. I have been with this company on and off for 25 years and payroll has never changed, meaning they have not once in those 25 years raised the amount of payroll dollars you can spend as a store manager. Every store gets to spend the same percentage of payroll no matter where they are how big or small or how busy or slow. No benefits other than vacation and sick days. That's literally all they have. No holiday pay not even bereavement pay.
