Pros
I started from the very bottom of the chain and worked my way to the store manager position, in a short but stressful period of time. The work was easy but stressful. The people were amazing. My district manager and regional were amazing as well. But they could only do so much.
Cons
The little pay for the work load you had. I wish that this company would look to see in the field on why the good ones always leave. Not becasue of the managers, but becasue the pay is so little for the amount of work and staff that you have to manage at a time.
