      Pros

      A great company to work for, they were flexible and supportive from day 1 and always had time to listen. Varied projects and most of the time the producers would be really open to your input and accepting of your designs. Great bunch of employees, really friendly and welcoming.

      Cons

      Project management could have been better, especially for organisation of feedback.

Here are just a few: - Positive work environment - Healthy work/life balance - Management that genuinely care about your needs and growing your career - Flexible remote/hybrid working - Great co-workers - Paid overtime (huge perk) I've really enjoyed my time with the company and look forward to the future with Shoot You!

      Never really had a bad day. Always felt supported and people are genuinely nice. They really do care about you and you can pursue your own goals.
