I get along very well with my team, and I think we have often achieved extraordinary results in these years

- no meritocracy and fake evaluation processes: the company put the savings ahead of talent and skills - low salaries - toxic work environment, due to an arrogant C-Line - benefits removed: no more trips, company events, etc (but only if you are an employee and not a C-Line manager) - ridicolous welfere that depends on the role in company: 2000+euro to the C-Line (with a 100k salary) and only the crumbs for the underdogs (with a 30k salary).
