Pros
The people are wonderful, they work well together, they are smart, thoughtful and care about doing great work, especially for customers. The office has a great vibe, not too formal, not too casual, which makes it an enjoyable place to work. Bagel Fridays are awesome!
Cons
Currently owned by Johnson Controls, which means that the large corporate organization oversight drives some decisions and behaviors that make things more difficult. They micro-manage leaders, rather than hold them accountable for doing their jobs. It makes it a less healthy environment and one that has become heavily focused on fear of JCI.
