Pros
I joined Showflipper 3 years back and I have got 200% growth in my salary. They do offer flexible job timings and work from home facility after you complete 18 months in the company. 10-7 is not mandatory and it depends upon you TL really. In our case the job timing is 10-7 with one hour lunch break. There are teams which work 9-5 with 30 minutes break. This something TL decides with HR and they do have open house discussion where you could talk about it. Regarding opportunities, I am a TL. I have got 200% rise in salary. SF management never dictated targets. The process here is very simple. They will first prepare management goals and will ask you a simple question "Do you accept this?" They also give ample time to decide on targets. (Like in my case, I had 3 days to think and to make plans). You can neogotiate about targets in case if you have any reservations. There is no escape if you accept and sign target sheet. You must achieve those. With good planning and good negotiations you can certainly achieve and over achieve targets. I did achieve my targets every time. In case if I have difficulties then senior management is always on email away. They actively look for solutions but they are particular about doing your own homework before actually raising issues. It is a super incentive driven organization. My collogue have won i-20 car after achiving his yearly targets and another collogue won free trip to Europe for 7 days! You have a complete freedom if you are logical in this company.
Cons
It is a "perform or perish" organization. They have alert system in place which is designed with using artificial intelligence softwares. On 3rd alert you need to talk to management along with HR. On 5th alert they prepare exit plans. The alerts are set based on targets Vs. Achivements. The management really gets mad if you are unreasonable or you lack your homework before you speak!
