Working with Showdigs has given me the opportunities for personal growth, flexibility, community and to feel satisfaction by helping property managers, renters and real estate agents achieve their goals. This team is empowering of ideas and growth. We work together very well in-person and remotely. After established employment we are given equity in the company for incentives to help the start up succeed. We are offered other sales incentives as a whole company in addition to our salary and excellent benefit package. These incentives tie each department together in our goals. I've been with this company for 2 years, we have tripled in size and we are so excited to bring in new talent to keep up going in a positive direction for our clients.
