They do not compensate well unless you are upper management. They have no human resources. Their health insurance is ok, but their dental plan is an HMO, with very limited options. The owner and president are not good people with very shady business practices. The design team works collaboratively with the product team, but the sales team is only out to help themselves. Management expects you to stay after hours whether your work is completed or not. Except for upper management, all my former coworkers are looking to leave the company.
