      Salary on time (applicable during my tenure)

      Cons

      Toxic work atmosphere, abusive MD and ED. Excessive work pressure with frequent changes in project scope. Blame on staff for delays because of these changes. Delay in payment to vendors. No job security. Hire and fire culture.
