Pros
Good Company in terms of products that you are handling. Good cost management by company, they spend very less on office expense and no advertising done .So, a very different business model working there.
Cons
Growth is very slow.More focus has shifted on life insurance business now whereas it started as a distribution company. Pressures are mounting for life business which is resulting in turnover of employees.
