Shure has very good employee management systems in place, good support staff particularly operations and customer service, Most people you come across are pretty smart and capable associates. CEO has a real passion for the company and is very clear on what direction the company is going, a true asset to the brand. Pay and Incentive disparity - some are very happy and some are very unhappy Lack of diversity pay relatively low compared to workload Understaffed in most departments and overworked for little to zero recognition lack of progression
