Pros

A very welcoming atmosphere. Training is excellent- very comprehensive and structured . The District Trainers Kate & Darren are very supportive, and my District Manager Jamie Collins has been absolutely amazing! Competitive wages, all round positive experience so far. Friendly and warm colleagues and manager.

Cons

None so far. I am genuinely happy.

You get a developement Journey in coaching, sales, service. Have fantastic colleges and management.

Cons

The tecnical developmnet is on its way but we are still using papers some times in the saleprocess.
